Delivery and returns
Find out when you can expect your delivery, and how to request a return if you’re not happy with your Nexus Edge training tools.
We do our best to make sure your Nexus Edge gets to you as soon as possible! In some cases, there may be delivery delays that are out of our control. Check your tracking number for live updates on your order, and contact us if you have any questions.
Delivery
We can send your goodies to most metro and major regional areas in Australia. Just pop your address in at check out and we’ll take care of the rest!
We offer a flat rate of $25 for all Nexus Edge bundles.
If your a smaller item (like a single ball), our $9.99 flat rate shipping will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout.
Returns
We know sometimes things don’t go to plan, and that’s why we want to make sure returning a product is a walk in the park.
You can return a product within 30 days of purchase. So we can point you in the right direction, speak to one of our team members before you return the product (we can’t process returns unless we’ve given you a return number and address). Please also make sure the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
If a product is damaged, faulty or not fit for its intended purpose, we’ll give you a full refund. So we can do better in the future, please send us photos of the damaged item with your name and invoice number, and this way we can make sure it doesn’t happen again!
